There is NOTHING I don’t love about fall but something I especially love about it is pumpkins. I am THAT girl, I adore everything and anything pumpkin. The minute SBUCKS releases pumpkin spice lattes my car literally makes a bee line for the closest sbucks, I order one and quickly take an instagram of it, letting everyone I know they are here! It’s a similar routine the second anywhere around me starts carrying these orange beauties but in this instance I have to kick it up a notch. They can’t just stay orange, they way nature intended, I have to paint, bedazzle, carve and foil them. One year, I sat at my dining room table pinning sequins on the ENTIRE pumpkin…one by one (I have to have some sort of DIY mental illness) the next year I painted my pumpkins different shades/patterns of rose gold, grey and added metallic studs on one. Everyone was impressed but everyone also wondered what was wrong with me. I haven’t planned out my pumpkin DIY game for this year yet but I sure have started out with some top notch inspiration.
