Working with Maggie and Jake for their wedding was truly a special experience. For as long as Maggie could remember she had been traveling to the seaside community of Weekapaug. Making the Weekapuag Inn the perfect spot for Maggie and Jake to host their friends and family for their seaside wedding. Read more about the special story from Maggie on Style Me Pretty’s feature.
For the design Maggie and Jake wanted to keep the feel of the day relaxed with a touch of elegance. As a nod to her interior designer mother, Maggie, wanted to feature details that were design focus. We chose to incorporate linen menus at each guests place setting, as well as fabric table numbers created by the Tie That Binds. The color scheme for the day incorporated varying shades of blue to keep the coastal element of the venue. Maggie wanted to ensure the event space incorporated a coastal feel all while making sure their guests felt relaxed during the party. The day was a true representation of the couple and their love for one another.
