TRUE Event is a full service event design and coordination studio. We are designers who coordinate events, not just coordinators who oversee the logistics of an event. We are a boutique in that we produce one event at a time. At True Event, we believe each client is unique and we create custom packages for each of our clients through a personalized process.
TRUE Event’s unique approach to the art of entertaining starts with a vision for the event: your vision. We work with you to visualize the details, which we carry throughout the planning process, helping to set the mood and transform any given space.
Whether it is a wedding, an anniversary, a corporate affair or a special gathering among friends, we will bring your vision to life through floral design, lighting, custom linens, specialty table settings and careful attention to details. It is only through collaboration and the coordination of all these elements that an ordinary space can be transformed into an extraordinary and magical occasion.
We know and love that every client is different so we will work to determine how we will work best together.
Phone person? We can do that.
Only like communicating via email? We totally understand that too.
Need face to face time? Done.
Once we see how you like to work, we’ll match our services to meet your needs and expectations, and develop a detailed plan for your event.
Once you have decided when to hold your event, call us to talk over the phone or to schedule a complimentary consultation. At this meeting, we will get to know each other better to determine if indeed we are a good match. Together, we will discuss the details of your event and your vision of what you imagine your special day to be.
The success of every event greatly depends on the team of professionals you hire to execute the details. We have spent years building relationships and partnering with the best vendors in the industry. Based on our experience, we will pair you with vendors that are incredibly creative and talented, going above and beyond your expectations.
If you involve True Event from the start, we will be able to create and refine your vision to establish a consistent aesthetic from beginning to end.
Relationships have been, and always will be, what we love the most. We develop close relationships with our clients giving them a sense of comfort, trust and confidence in us. We listen attentively and encourage them to openly and honestly express their feelings and opinions. We believe the planning process should be enjoyable and effortless: delighting in what the event can be, sharing ideas and dreams, and being able to laugh out-loud together. It is with our years of experience, creativity, and relationships with talented vendors that we are able to optimize your budget while executing your overall vision.
We have worked at some of the most elite venues from NYC to Boston and are the event coordination team for a local winery on the shoreline of Connecticut.
Please contact our event studio to discuss your event in more detail.
