TERRES DE BERNE ROSÉ
Very nice rose petal pink, spring flower flavors and summer fruit bouquet. Fresh in the mouth with hints of peach and apricot. The palate is rich and well structured.
Food pairing :
Ideal as an aperitif, Provencal dishes (anchoïade, mozzarella and tomatoes), grilled sea bream. Asian and middle eastern cuisine.
