Jennifer and Matthew’s wedding took place amongst the picturesque grounds of Chamard Vineyards in Clinton, Connecticut. Despite the fact that Hurricane Irene was making its way into the state, it did not get in the way of these two getting married. In an intimate ceremony in the barn, candles set the tone for a romantic backdrop, flickering as guests looked out over the vineyard. Jennifer looked simply breathless in her stunning gown, and every last detail, from her gorgeous hairpiece she created herself, to her sassy red nails, was perfection. And we must say, Matthew looked pretty dapper in his suit as well. Vibrant pops of aubergine and yellow in the groomsmens’ ties, bridesmaids’ dresses, and beautiful florals from Hana Floral Design mixed with rustic touches in the barn ceremony and the mason jars used in the centerpieces and signature watermelon sangria. The adorable flower girls and ring bearer wore the cutest outfits, complete with a ring bearer pillow matching the yellow patterned table runners. Guests were treated to a yummy dessert buffet followed by an evening of dancing with the vineyards in the background. The amazing Kris Rae Photography was on hand to capture the love and excitement felt all around on this magical night.
It was wonderful to be a part of such a lovely day for an even lovelier couple! Congrats, Jennifer and Matthew!
